“I popped both of my lenses out while in town for a conference. I was so distraught!! Not only did they fix my eyeglasses, Darrell (sp?) who helped us out up front was so kind!! He took care of my glasses in under 10 minutes and I could see again! I am so grateful! Thank you Darrell and Bright Eyes Optique! If they took this good of care of not being customers, I can only imagine how great they take care of people during appointments. Highly recommend!“

“Been coming here for over 10 years . A couple of hiccups in the beginning.. Now I can say, things are very organized now.

I had a visit today 8am. By 803 I was already starting the process of my exam. I was out by 835. (Saturday appointment)..

I saw Dr. Barnes (second time seeing her). She's such a sweet doctor. She explained every thing about my vision. Explain the benefits of switching out my glasses and contacts.. any questions I had she was able to answer, so that I can I understand. I trust this establishment and feel my vision is in great hands. Thanks to all the staff at PRIMARY EYE CARE.“

“I absolutely love the doctor, my son has been going to her for years, The staff is usually so nice and friendly, and just a joy to be around. On our recent visit they were all gone, and the ladies who replaced them... are nothing like the former staff. Not warm, or welcoming, and the person who usually adjust the glasses, and help choose frames that go with the lenses didn't do any of that... I would go so far as to say, she seemed like she didn't wanna even touch him. This is the first time, I ever felt looked over or disappointed with them. ( Not yhe dark haired lady in the front, she was honestly pretty nice).“

Glen and the Doctor tried all they could to help me and they successfully helped me, but the kindness they showed was unbelievable. “I came here after a DEEPLY disappointing experience at another optometrist, and Lakeview Vision Source was the correct choice. You can stop reading now and just make your appointment - you’ll understand as soon as you’ve been.The office is well appointed and conveniently located, and costs are extremely reasonable. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, going so far as to check in when (due to my previous optometrist’s ongoing bungling) my insurance would cover the appointment but not getting new glasses or contacts.
