I made a last minute decision on a Friday afternoon to stop by MyEyeDr. on a whim after avoiding the eye doctor for 10 years. Staff was all incredibly friendly as soon as I walked in, and they were able to see me right away. I saw Dr. Nguyen who was incredibly thorough and answered all the bizarre questions I had and addressed each issue I mentioned. Erica made me feel incredibly comfortable and was super helpful in helping me find the best deal on my spectacles.
I’ve always had a great experience at the St. Charles Ave location with Dr. Vi! She takes her time to explain and answer any question I have. Everyone is always friendly, helping to find the right glasses fit as well. Megan and Katie were very helpful when my glasses needed replacing as well.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The doctor was awesome! Erica was amazing! She was so helpful the entire time. Everything was seamless, and I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. Thank you all again.
