I had been referred to Dr Richardson by my kids pediatrician. Her staff was extremely professional & moved really quickly getting us prepared to see her. She examined both of my kids, ages 6 & 8. She was thorough & made them feel comfortable being it was their first time seeing an Optometrist. My kids suffer with horrible seasonal allergies that affect their eyes. She gave recommendations for helping them during this particular time of year. She also prescribed eyedrops to help as well. & assured me that their vision was fine. Her mannerism & professionalism during our visit was great.

It has been a full month and still I'm waiting for my son's glasses which are corrective glasses. I am steaming mad everytime I call its a different excuse for why they aren't ready. Would not recommend them to anyone for service

1.5 hour wait with appointment. Heavily pushes purchasing glasses with them. The doctor was nice and listened to my concerns and gave me the appropriate glasses prescriptions though.
