Very pleasant experience for eye checkup. Technicians were very proficient with equipment and software. Dr. Long helped me with dry eyes and explained everything clearly. Very appreciative.

Everything was amazing except the placing of the needle. Extremely painful and my wrist has a huge black bruise and only stopped hurting late Saturday. I dread that for the next surgery. Everything else was perfection.

I called Dr. Thibodeaux's office without an appointment because I had an emergency, and they worked me in right away. Dr. Thibodeaux and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They quickly addressed my issue and had me on my way in no time. I was feeling much better within 24 hours. What an amazing group of people! I highly recommend Dr. Thibodeaux and his outstanding staff.
