I called Dr. Thibodeaux's office without an appointment because I had an emergency, and they worked me in right away. Dr. Thibodeaux and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They quickly addressed my issue and had me on my way in no time. I was feeling much better within 24 hours. What an amazing group of people! I highly recommend Dr. Thibodeaux and his outstanding staff.

My experience with the Eye-Care Associates was great!! I called and made an appointment requesting to be seen asap due to a stye that seemed to be getting worse and they were so gracious at understanding and finding a time-slot for me to come in, which was the very next day. Once seen, Dr. Thibodeaux was great, listened to my concerns, and thorough. He also validated some of the things I was noticing in my body and that was reassuring as well. Would definitely recommend them for your overall eye health needs!

Amazing experience. Dr. Matthew Thibodeaux and his nurse were awesome. Very professional and kind. He listened to my issue, explained everything and made sure that I understood. He took his time and was not rushed at all, and even walked me to the front desk He is top notch- the staff (front desk and nurse) were also amazing. Everyone was professional, patient, kind, and they were all smiling. Thanks again for the great care.
