The staff is very nice, helpful, and attentive, making the experience comfortable. Although the office is usually busy, patients are often seen in a timely manner. The office is well-run, with someone always available to assist, even if they may move at their own pace. It is a great place for eye exams, contact lenses, and glasses. The team, including Dr. Thomas and Dr. Nguyen, are known for their thoroughness and kindness, making the visits pleasant for both adults and children.

It was a very good visit. The doctor had a couple of emergencies so I did have to wait a little longer than I expected but it was a blessing to know that she was not one to rush her patients. And I enjoyed some wonderful conversations with some of the other patients.
The staff was very nice and friendly. And Dr. Thomas was wonderful. Everything from start to finish was great.

I saw Dr. Thomas. She was patient, and listened to everything I was saying. Luckily my vision didn’t change much. That was awesome. I would recommend her to anyone that I will come in contact with.

Faith is the consummate professional. Dr. Thomas is Awesome as well. ALL of the staff that I encountered, from the check-in counter to the eyeglass selection area were professional, kind and friendly. I have already recommended friends to Heitmeier Eyecare.
