I used Higginbottoms through my home warranty (American Home Shield). This is my first time owning a home and I was so upset we had AC problems 3-4 months after purchasing It.
Steve was so nice from the first phone call to coming in person. He diagnosed and fixed my AC problems quickly and also gave us advice on how to maintain the units. Even though i’m using my home warranty, I can tell Steve is a very honest worker and would not try to up-charge you on unnecessary things. I’m glad to know if future problems arise, I can call someone I can trust.
Polite , professional and proficient! Definitely will refer friends and family. Love the fact that Mr. Stephen is greatly experienced over 30 years of experience. Punctual as we , he said between 9:00am - 12:00pm and arrived in the time frame. Please remember great repairman may run ahead or behind schedule due to the nature of unforseen issues on a HVAC system, and may need to order a part or better the part is at a supply store. Please be understanding, thanks
