Scheduled maintenance is reliable and fairly priced considering there is often two technicians at property for 20-30 minutes.Have used this service for approx 20 years. Starting to search for another. But, maintenance is not very individualized to each landscape's particular needs/problems (etc). In this sense small problems turn into larger ones and are rarely addressed until the customer places a "problem call out order". By this time, expensive plants have usually died and are unsalvageable. Even when a call out is given, never have I had the technician apply a treatment, and effect a plan for f/u and re-treatment if needed. While I haven't been super impressed by the results I do feel like the people are very responsive to needs. Only time will tell if they actually can make my lawn and trees/shrubs look better/stay healthier.

I highly recommend Lobb’s for any lawn care needs. Before Jordan and his crew started cutting my lawn I had numerous dead spots from my lawn being cut too short. Jordan knew exactly what the problem was and began cutting at the correct height and now my yard looks better than it ever has in the 10 years i have lived in this house.
