“Back in November, I had a pipe break at 3am. I didn’t know what to do and was panicking. Looked online and found Donnie’s advertising 24 hour service. I called and he told me how to find the shut off outside and how to turn it off! The next morning they came out and fixed my problem at a very reasonable price.

“Eagle responded within 3 hours of my call for help. Our sewer line was completely stopped. The first tech tried but could not open the line. A crew the next morning dug up the old line (including chopping through many large tree roots from a tree previously removed) and found the sewer pipe had broken at an elbow allowing dirt to completely plug it up. The old pipe was replaced and the repair made much faster than I thought. Excellent work. My only complaint is the new clean-out they installed sticks out too far above grade.“
