Guy and his crew were everything we could have asked for and more. He cares about his craft and about people. He first tried to understand our vision, then talked us through how to get there the best way for US. Not only did he not upsell us on unnecessary things, he looked for ways to SAVE us money. After meeting his crew we felt so safe and comfortable with them in our home while we weren't there. They are all genuine, approachable, likeable, caring people. Guy Buras is a true professional and craftsmen. He knows his stuff! He has done several fine wood floor jobs for our family over the years and the work is always breathtaking. The BR- 111 wood floors he put down in my house after Katrina were done so good that I did not want to replace them after Ida so I had him restore and refinish them and the results were breathtaking! I highly recommend and trust him 100 percent. On time and stands behind everything he does. 5 stars
Guy and him team were very easy to work with. I asked him one question “ what do you think that separates you from other floor companies?” His reply “ I DO WHAT I SAY I AM GOING TO DO “ and sure enough he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Very punctual and honest.
