I had to replace an old water heater in a small condo unit. Jorge and his team were very respectful and understanding about the building's water shutoff procedures. There were a couple of issues that showed up after installation (bathroom sink valve and heater wiring) but it was quickly addressed to make sure everything was working correctly. I will definitely contact them again for any plumbing needs.
