“RoShawn and Ms. Darlene did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my elderly mother’s house! They were thorough and took the time to get in every nook and cranny and made sure the floors and baseboards were spotless. Plus, they made sure that Mom was comfortable with their presence by acknowledging her with a warm and open demeanor. Root Cleaning Service has my HIGHEST recommendation!”
“Heyy NOLA!!! I Have been using The Cleaning Authority - New Orleans since 2018. About 6 years now. I highly recommend their cleaning services. During the 6 years I have been using their services I have only had to address 2 minor issues which were promptly addressed by Barry. I just recently started working remotely from home as a Professional Travel Advisor and I will say it is really nice to have the house cleaned by a professional every 2 weeks to help keep up the cleanliness of not only my home but now my home office as well . Personally I request Ms. Lyndsay specifically for every single cleaning because she is very thorough and professional. She is an expert at finding the areas that I would never even consider cleaning. It is also important to me that she is comfortable around our dogs. whi she is cleaning they will be confined as to not be in the way but what sets Lyndsay apart from everyone else is that she wild take the time to let our pups out when she finishes cleaning when we are not home. I 100% recommend Cleaning The Cleaning Authority - New Orleans to anyone.

“As I prepare for surgery, there have been so many things on my mind, and having a clean, organized home was one less thing I needed to worry about. The The Maids New Orleans team did an exceptional job cleaning my home. From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The cleaners arrived on time, were friendly and detail-oriented, and left my house spotless and refreshed.
I especially appreciated their deep cleaning approach —every room, surface, and high-touch area was thoroughly cleaned using professional-grade products. My kitchen and bathrooms looked brand new, and the entire home smelled clean without harsh chemical odors.
If you’re looking for a reliable house cleaning service in New Orleans, whether for regular maintenance, a deep clean, or move-in/move-out cleaning, I highly recommend The Maids New Orleans. They’re trustworthy, consistent, and truly care about quality.
I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to friends and neighbors!”
