Thank both Mr. Charles & entire Comfort Specialist team for always keeping us up and running in this Louisiana weather! same day appointments available and always very reasonably priced!
We had family from Florida evacuate to our house in Algiers Point during hurricane Milton and our AC was not cooling. We called these folks and they made time in their busy morning schedule to come out and take a look. Fortunately it was simply a disconnected wire - likely as a result of wind or a branch - and they took care of it and got it up running again. Highly recommend them and this is who we will be using for our future HVAC needs.
they came out in timely manner and were friendly and got my unit working again.
