Best Services of Louisiana, LLC is a great company to call for AC/Heating and Electrical repairs and equipment upgrades. They have been used numerous times for repairs, upgrades and new construction, and customers have always been 100% satisfied with their work. They did an amazing job replacing an air conditioner, and were responsive and fair. The company is very knowledgeable and super nice, and they go the extra mile to answer any questions. Best Services understood the urgency of a situation when an air conditioner went out on a birthday for an 84 year old man on hospice, and had someone to the home within an hour for a problem that took only 15 minutes. They also installed a Kohler generator for a family, and when the power went out during a hurricane, the generator took over right away. The family recommends getting a whole house generator and using Best Services of Louisiana. When no one showed up to a scheduled appointment, Mel was very apologetic and made sure they were seen within an hour. Mel, Renee and team are a great mom and pop local company that do great work and make you feel like part of the family.

UPDATE 9/27/24: I am soooo happy to update this review after our first hurricane since Best Services of Louisiana installed our Kohler generator! We have 3 large dogs, 2 cats and 3 kids. It is virtually impossible for us to evacuate with this menagerie. Because of this, the power going out is really my biggest immediate concern during a storm. The power went out, as expected, during Francine. Our generator took over right away!
I can not recommend getting a whole house generator enough to anyone that has the means!

It's summer time. It was a birthday for an 84 year old man who is on hospice and expecting a few visitors for a small celebration. One problem. The air conditioner went out. Best Services got the call and understood the urgency and had someone to our home within an hour for a problem that took only 15 minutes. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
