My a/c broke. Funny noises and weird stuff happening. Aaron Gonzales came over within the hour of being contacted. The part that I needed was not local (3/4hp motor). He made his supplier drive to Hammond to get the part so I could have it fixed by the next day. It came in and A-aron was ready to come over at 6:29am the next morning. He installed the new motor. Now my 34 year old a/c is working great again. Notes: 1) He didn’t even hint at trying to get me to change the 34 year old unit. Said it looks great. I even asked and he didn’t think it was necessary. 2) This is what good, honest, hardworking and ethical business looks like. 3) I tipped him with 1 special pepper plant, 3 nitrogen fixing comfrey plants, and 1 jar of honey. 4) It says a lot about the guy that he’s been doing a/c for himself for forever and ever… he doesn’t advertise, doesn’t go door to door, not sure if he even has business cards.
