“I am so impressed with Georgetown Advantage Air. This was my first time using them and they were wonderful. The service dispatcher was very helpful and provided guidance on what to do until the techs could come that afternoon like turning off the AC so the compressor doesn’t get damaged. The owner and another tech found the issue after a thorough investigation of inside and outside units. A huge strip of foam paper had been sucked up into the inside unit and was on the coils. I now have cold air and so thankful.
They said to run it for a couple of days and If it doesn’t keep the temp then they will replace thermistor since the foam could have damaged it. What I think is so remarkable about this company Is that they didn’t automatically want to replace items that might not be needed just to charge more. Will definitely be calling Georgetown Advantage for all future HVAC needs.“

Everyone I've had contact with has been polite & professional. The first few times a guy that I didn't get his name came & did a good job with getting the diagnostic problem handled & ordered. “We have been having problems with indoor air quality and mice getting into our house through our HVAC ductwork. We also have fiberboard ducts, which can be damaged if cleaned incorrectly. MMI used appropriate cleaning techniques and and cleaned all the vents. They also used cameras to find the points where animals were accessing our home interior and sealed them up. This will have the additional benefit of keeping conditioned air in the ducts instead of it leaking out into the garage. Matt and Alex did a great job and explained what they proposed to do and showed me the results. I would definitely use MMI again as I have before.“
