I've always gotten great service from Juett, although it's mostly been routine checkups. But I had to call them today because our A/C stopped working altogether. I explained on the phone what I was seeing, and Julie told me it was probably a clogged drain. She was right! She then walked me through fixing it myself, saving both time and a service call. I was very impressed with the time she took, and very happy that I was able to resolve it myself. I definitely recommend Juett to anyone looking for an HVAC service company.
