Since I've moved back to KY & into my family home, this is the company my family recommends & uses. They have been promt with call backs & services to my house over ac not working properly. Everyone I've had contact with has been polite & professional. The first few times a guy that I didn't get his name came & did a good job with getting the diagnostic problem handled & ordered. The 2 guys that came today & installed the part & did ALOT of preventative maintenance were fantastic!! Dylan & the other guy with a beard(So sorry I dont remember his name) did an amazing job. I had called the day prior they were busy but they called me right back when someone got to the phone they were out the next morning on the hottest days of the year I'm a static with Dylan did excellent job I recommend these people to anyone
The guys from Robert’s are top notch. They diagnosed the issue and let me know it was covered under warranty. They ordered the part and installed it right away and my issue was fixed.
