“I'm a massage therapist, and I took Vi's CEU course for Becoming a VA Community Care Provider. In this course, she outlined the steps I would need to take in order to become a provider AND what I would need to do in order to be paid for my services. Her teaching style was very clear and easy to follow. She told me where to go, who to contact, and what to expect. I've been seeing Veterans for just over 6 months now, and I can tell you that what she taught us was just what I experienced. The best part is that she listed line-by-line how to fill out the forms for payment. In the beginning, I wasn't getting paid properly and I went back to my notes to find out: I didn't do it how she told me to do it!So, yes, I highly recommend taking this course if you are wanting to be a VA community care provider for massage therapy. The course was precise and accurate in it's information, and Vi continued to be available for questions as I navigated setting up things like direct deposit and appealing payment issues.“

“I've been going to White Willow for years for massage therapy for issues related to scoliosis, TMJ disorder, and recently for anxiety. I've happened to have seen several different therapists over the years and I've had a great experience every time! When I've scheduled looking for more of a medical/educational massage, I've learned a lot and they've given me recommendations for stretches and exercises. I recently went in looking for more of a mental health/anxiety reduction massage with Mary, and it was a fantastic experience. I also want to add that as someone who's not really into the stuff that is sold in the emporium, I can say that that really doesn't have to be your vibe to have a great experience with the massage therapy part of their business.“
