“Having been to several Lexington area chiropractors I can tell you with certainty that Dr. Christian is light years ahead of the rest. Many “specialize” in one or two areas of the spine among the cervical, thoracic or lumbar and are weak on the others. Dr. C covers all of them as well as the entire rest of the body. I’ve had an arthritic condition in my thumb since 1996 which I gave up on alleviating for which he’s worked wonders, and he does it all with textbook technique, a smile and a fist bump (a gentle one in that he’s very physically fit, an absolute prerequisite for a chiropractic) to boot. Look no further than Elevate.“

“On June the 3rd i had an appr to color correct my hair. It was a complicated process as my attempt to color my roots and then color correct myself were a disaster. Beth worked on my hair with an assistant for over 4 hours. It was a 4 step process and they were meticulous in their work. I was pampered the whole time, including dinner from a restaurant.
I live in Naples, FL but was in Lexington for a week and a friend made the appt. I'm very grateful.“

“I would just like to say that I had an amazing experience at Massage Envy. Casey did my massage and was able to work out all of the kinks that I had in my neck, my back and my shoulder. He actually was able to make sure that my left shoulder leveled out with my right and he did an amazing job. Moonsun did my facial. She was able to recommend products that would work best for my face overall, my skin is in good health but could use more moisturizing and more exfoliation, so she was able to help me find things that I can use on my face. Overall, my experience was sort of amazing and I would recommend anybody to go to Massage Envy and get your facial, your massage, and they’ll even stretch you out if you need it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.“

“Ive been a regular monthly client for about a year and a half, but I have had occasional massage here since 1994. I have greatly benefitted from adding massage to my health practices. The providers are knowledgeable and supportive of my health goals related to strength, flexibility and pain management. There are a wide variety of options from gentle massage, deep tissue, couples, stones, and scents. The staff is very helpful recommending what therapists can provide the ideal experience you are wanting and happy to answer all your questions and concerns. Sceduling is an easy phone call, but for regular appointments its best to scedule ahead and not wait to the last minute. However, they work hard to get you in if you need to change or get a last minute appointment. The gift shop is always stocked with items to support your wellness and often have items that make nice gifts. The rooms are very cozy and decorated really nice. The massage tables are heated and easily adjustable for the thearpist. The music is always a pleasant background sound. Your offered a lovely heated towel at the end of the session, water and mint candy. There is plenty of space for your belongings and to change. The lighting is nice, no odd smells or noises to disturb your relaxation. The massage oil feels good on my skin, absorbs well, no sticky feeling after, and barely has any smell. Even tho the center is housed in an older downtown building it feels very updated, clean, safe, welcoming, and modern with classic charm. There is parking at the building and across the street. As long as I plan to be there 10-15 minutes early ive never had trouble parking in time for my appointment. I feel very pampered and cared for here and I highly recommend treating yourself at The Massage Center. Its a high value experience for the cost.“

“I swear if I could give this woman 10 stars instead of five, I would!! I have been going to her for probably close to 10 years. I’ve had several back issues from taking care of my sick father every time I go to her I leave feeling 10 times better. She is an amazing massage therapist and her technique is amazing! She has also helped me when I carpal tunnel in my right hand through massage. It has never returned. She customizes every massage to whatever problem you’re dealing with Plus, she uses hot stones and cupping at no extra charge! Over the years I have had many massages, none compare to Kristi. Last year I moved out of Lexington and I live one hour from her studio. When I am in need of a massage, I happily make that 1 hour drive because I now trust no one else. You might think you don’t have to be careful with choosing a massage therapist but trust me you do. In the past I’ve had horrible damage done to my back from a massage therapist that obviously did not know what they’re doing. I honestly cannot recommend Kristi’s studio enough! She’s also a wonderful person and over the years has become a friend.❤️“
