Almost 4 years ago I was told that I had issues with my S.I. joints ( the joints where your spine meets your lower body). I had pain every day. Granted it wasn't severe, but it did interfere with how long I could stand, difficulty sleeping, and a few other things.
2 weeks ago I went for my regular appointment with Dr. Matt. I told him about a new issue I was having and he tried a different adjustment. There was a small pop and the relief was immediate.
I have cried so many times over the past 2 weeks just from the relief of being able to do things without flinching, wincing, or catching my breath because I moved the wrong way and felt an electric shock radiating from my back.
Yes, it took a few months to get the inflammation down enough for the exact issue to be found. Yes, I had doubts that a simple adjustment would ever help whatever was going on. And yes, it was completely worth everything to get to the moment of relief.
