Wonderful hot stone massage with Leaf. They checked in periodically to assure that the pressure, temperature, etc. were all to my liking, and did a very thorough job working out all my tension and knots. Will absolutely recommend Leaf and LHAA to others!

Excellent experience on my first ever visit and first ever massage. I work in LTL freight running a forklift and driving a truck and my back and shoulders have taken a beating due to the nature of the job. My student massage I got was amazing. I feel so much better now looser just overall happier and not as coiled up and cranky. Rebecca was amazing very professional and overall I left out of there with a positive mind and significant improvement of my back and shoulder pain. If I could give 10 stars I would, I will be back again.

My doctor recommended massage for a muscle spasm in my back. Lief was very skilled and I had a relaxing, healing, pain free session on the table. The combination of gentle stretching, deep massage, and trigger point release definitely brought my pain level down from maximum panic level to a manageable and more mobile state. It’s the next day now and I definitely feel like I’m in the road to recovery. It was wonderful to have an intervention that brought so much relief without knocking me out like a muscle relaxer would. I’m grateful there happened to be an available appointment when I needed it!! Thanks, LHA and Lief!
