I scheduled a facial and a massage a few weeks ago and was very excited to treat myself to both in one day.
After receiving hands-down the BEST facial of my life, they kindly informed me their masseuse wasn’t feeling well and had called in sick so I would have to reschedule that portion of my services. Naturally, I was a little disappointed because I was excited for the massage. But of course, I understood.
To my surprise, they completely comped my facial and re-booked my massage for another day. I would have gladly paid for the facial regardless of the other cancellation, but they kindly insisted that it wasn’t necessary to do so.
Everyone there was extremely kind and professional, and it was such a surprise to receive the facial entirely on the house to make up for the massage cancellation.
In a time when exceptional customer service is exceedingly rare, Beautiful You went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated. I can’t wait to go back! 🥰 Thank you for making my day!
