My boyfriend initially booked me an appointment at a different spa by accident and I insisted I only wanted to go here because I had seen the overwhelmingly positive results and feedback about Be Medispa on social media. I asked him to cancel that appointment and rebook here instead, and I’m so glad I did!
Even before my appointment was scheduled, I had a few conversations with Taylor that immediately made me feel confident that this was the team I wanted to trust with my skin. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The spa is absolutely beautiful, and every detail of the space is spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in.
My facial was with Taylor, and the experience exceeded all expectations. She took the time to walk me through each step of the treatment, explaining what she was doing and why, while also asking thoughtful questions about my skin and current routine. It truly felt personalized and educational, which I really appreciated, especially as someone who is newer to professional skincare treatments and has eczema.
