My boyfriend initially booked me an appointment at a different spa by accident and I insisted I only wanted to go here because I had seen the overwhelmingly positive results and feedback about Be Medispa on social media. I asked him to cancel that appointment and rebook here instead, and I’m so glad I did!

Even before my appointment was scheduled, I had a few conversations with Taylor that immediately made me feel confident that this was the team I wanted to trust with my skin. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The spa is absolutely beautiful, and every detail of the space is spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in.

My facial was with Taylor, and the experience exceeded all expectations. She took the time to walk me through each step of the treatment, explaining what she was doing and why, while also asking thoughtful questions about my skin and current routine. It truly felt personalized and educational, which I really appreciated, especially as someone who is newer to professional skincare treatments and has eczema.

I could easily write much more about how wonderful my experience was, but I’ll keep it simple: if you’re considering visiting a med spa, I highly recommend booking at Be Medispa. The entire experience feels luxurious, customized, and welcoming. If you’re new to treatments like I was, the team does an amazing job of putting you at ease and guiding you through the process.

“I’ve been going to Spa at Wellington for about a year now. Always professional, hospital clean, and I’ve never had anything other than excellent service and results from NPs to estheticians to front end staff. I had my first microneedling procedure last week with Kara. She was very thorough, informative, friendly, and professional. I don’t leave reviews for discounts or entries for raffles, etc., and honestly I rarely leave a review of any sort just due to being too busy and/or too lazy, so this is a genuine review. I feel especially compelled to leave this review as Kara recognized that I am a redhead (stereotypical ginger) and before beginning asked if I typically have a difficult time getting numb with procedures. I typically require additional anesthesia (as most redheads do) be it local for dental procedures or systemic for surgery or pain medication following a procedure etc., and I cannot express how many times I’ve been gaslit over this across the years, despite being a medical professional (pharmacist, so I obviously understand pharmacogenomics and drug metabolism) myself. Microneedling involves topical numbing ointment prior to the procedure and I didn’t even consider the possibility of needing additional exposure time to this for sufficient numbing. Kara preemptively gave more exposure time to the topical numbing agent and used wrap as an occlusive to increase absorption; this even resulted in staying a bit beyond closing time and I was not charged for the additional time or trouble. She tested areas prior to beginning the microneedling and I was sufficiently numb and experienced zero pain and negligible sensation during the procedure. She also gave special attention to the areas that I expressed concern about as for my reasoning for seeking microneedling. I have been pleased with each experience I’ve had here, but I felt Kara really went above and beyond during this experience and I’m super appreciative.“

She paid attention to detail, understands how makeup/colors work, and she was very open with any suggestions I had throughout the process without getting frustrated, which made the experience 10/10 and very comforting. “I have been going to studio z for years after my sister recommended. I primarily see Paige and she has helped transform my skin. I get regular microneedling and I’ve never had any issues. It’s easy to call and make an appointment to on the website. They also carry face reality products and are fully stocked.“

“I would just like to say that I had an amazing experience at Massage Envy. Casey did my massage and was able to work out all of the kinks that I had in my neck, my back and my shoulder. He actually was able to make sure that my left shoulder leveled out with my right and he did an amazing job. Moonsun did my facial. She was able to recommend products that would work best for my face overall, my skin is in good health but could use more moisturizing and more exfoliation, so she was able to help me find things that I can use on my face. Overall, my experience was sort of amazing and I would recommend anybody to go to Massage Envy and get your facial, your massage, and they’ll even stretch you out if you need it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.“

“I swear if I could give this woman 10 stars instead of five, I would!! I have been going to her for probably close to 10 years. I’ve had several back issues from taking care of my sick father every time I go to her I leave feeling 10 times better. She is an amazing massage therapist and her technique is amazing! She has also helped me when I carpal tunnel in my right hand through massage. It has never returned. She customizes every massage to whatever problem you’re dealing with Plus, she uses hot stones and cupping at no extra charge! Over the years I have had many massages, none compare to Kristi. Last year I moved out of Lexington and I live one hour from her studio. When I am in need of a massage, I happily make that 1 hour drive because I now trust no one else. You might think you don’t have to be careful with choosing a massage therapist but trust me you do. In the past I’ve had horrible damage done to my back from a massage therapist that obviously did not know what they’re doing. I honestly cannot recommend Kristi’s studio enough! She’s also a wonderful person and over the years has become a friend.❤️“

Kacey is very knowledgeable in skin care and provided a top notch facial. The spa itself is clean, well-decorated, and has a sense of zen as soon as you walk in.
