I sent photos and an explanation to the owner, and she worked really hard to correct the situation. “Can’t speak for the service itself, but customer service is A+!I live out of town and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.“

“Tee and Tamara are the best. Tee primarily does my nails and has literally transformed them from thin brittle stubs and bleeding cuticles to gorgeous long natural nails over the last year. My nails aren’t easy to work with and he’s been so patient, and doesn’t make me feel judged for them. I get dip+gel top coat and it’s perfect every time. Plus he’s so fun to talk and joke around with! They are also flexible with rescheduling… but fyi they book up fast!! The salon is clean and decorated so well. I will never go anywhere else!“
