I had an exceptional experience today at the Rookwood Salon. I called last minute to try and get in to get a cut and color. They were able to get me in at 12:15. They booked me with Hanna. She had never cut my hair before and I was in desperate need of professional help. My color and cut are perfect and I could not be happier. The Rookwood salon has been remolded and I felt like I was in NYC at a high-end salon. I think Hanna is a very talented stylist and “cut above” even the most experienced and talented.Thank you to Mitchells Salon and Day Spa for helping me during a hectic time in my life. Leaving 5 stars only for Jasmine. Her massage was top notch. I will rebook with her. I would encourage all Mitchell’s locations to do better soft skills training with their front desk staff. It’s very challenging to communicate with them.
