I'm just a normal working girl and almost fell out of the chair when I was priced 275 (not including the tip) This is by far the most I have ever paid - by far.far far the most I asked at the front desk how much it would be and she estimated about170 which was more in line with my previous visits there with other stylists. Shane was very nice and did a great job he put in a ton of foils, added a toner at the end and gave me a cut.I had originally asked him for a highlight with color in between the foils and he discouraged me from going that route because it would cost more. I shudder to think what that would have set me back. My hair looks very good but bring your wallet if you are going there...sorry but a very honest review“

“I called and made an appointment but was apprehensive and a little nervous because I was not sure if they were going to do a good job. I have gotten infections before at nail places so I was a little concerned. I was greeted by very friendly workers with smiles! The check-in was very easy. Gigi did a fantastic job on my pedicure and she did a French manicure on my nails! She was so sweet and kind and very professional. Everything was very clean, which was important to me! I had a great experience …those ladies know how to get it done! Loved it! Thank you beautiful nails for doing such a great job Thank you Gigi.“

Everyone here was so kind and it was a really homely vibe for me personally. I'm on the road alone lot so I don't get to interact with people often anymore. I really enjoyed that aspect.

Prices were very fair too. I paid $100 which included the shampoo and blow dry too. I definitely paid extra cause she took the rest of my braids out that I couldn't before hand.

“I one day came here on a hot summer day, my phone had died, and I was stranded in Cincinnati without a real way of getting home. I asked if they had an iPhone charger and without missing a beat a man named Kenji asked what was wrong. The receptionist told him my problem and he offered me a charger for my phone. When I asked if I needed to buy anything, he said I was unnecessary and offered me to sit in the lobby couch, and even later brought a cold glass of water. The customer service is top notch.“
