“This was our first time at Salon Dro Sha’s and my first impression is that this place is awesome and the ladies who work there are kind, smart, and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. Truly the best. My daughter has sensory processing issues and really struggles with loud sounds, including blow dryers. She was able to make my daughter laugh with a mini blow dryer and slowly bring her to a place that let her use a real blow dryer on a low setting. She did a really nice job and made her hair look so pretty. I was impressed with their patience and willingness to go above and beyond just to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and happy. The icing on the whole cake for me was absolutely loving the way her hair turned out. Such a good job ?And I think my daughters hair turned out so good I am definitely going back to have them do mine soon. Really very impressed and happy with the whole experience. “Like some of the other reviews said, I would give The Polish Room 200 stars if I could. At this point, there is not another salon I would ever trust to do my nails. I have been to most large nail salons in the Cincinnati/Kentucky area over the years and The Polish Room is the best nail salon by far. Both Tammy and Cerise are so talented and they take so much pride in their work. The salon is incredibly clean and comfortable. They use the highest quality products and if you get the chance to make it on their books, take the opportunity, you wont regret it.“

Right now, he is helping me to adjust to and navigate the changes that aging has brought about in my hair, and this has not been easy for me, to say the least. But Lonnie always steers me toward good choices in styles, techniques, and hair products. He also always has an upbeat, positive attitude, and the whole person has kept me coming back for years. I had the most difficult time tracking Lonnie down after the closing of his former salon, and when I ultimately did, it was like the clouds had finally lifted--so Cloud 9 was an appropriate name for the salon at which I found him. Lonnie, moreover, did my hair for the most important day of my life: my wedding day! I got married much later in life than most people, but the day was special to me nonetheless. Lonnie specializes in creating hairstyles for those extra-special occasions in a woman's life, and despite my being an older bride, he made my hair look absolutely beautiful. I had many compliments on it that evening, and the style and the veil held in place throughout the entire wedding and reception (including dancing).Lonnie is simply the rock star of the hair salon world! ?“
