When we walked in we were greeted, talked about what we wanted, and expectations were set. My daughter (5) had a great time and I'm thrilled with my fill in. I can't wait to set my next appointment.

There are so many salons in the area that treat you like garbage, stare at you when you walk in, and make you wait instead of letting you know what the wait will be. Vivid is NOT that place. I'm grateful we were able to walk-in but would highly recommend having an appointment!“

“They have priced me out of their shop! I'm just a normal working girl and almost fell out of the chair when I was priced 275 (not including the tip) This is by far the most I have ever paid - by far.far far the most I asked at the front desk how much it would be and she estimated about170 which was more in line with my previous visits there with other stylists. Shane was very nice and did a great job he put in a ton of foils, added a toner at the end and gave me a cut.I had originally asked him for a highlight with color in between the foils and he discouraged me from going that route because it would cost more. I shudder to think what that would have set me back. My hair looks very good but bring your wallet if you are going there...sorry but a very honest review“

“Can’t speak for the service itself, but customer service is A+!I live out of town and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.“

“Where do I even begin?! I’ve been seeing Abby since 2022 when I finally decided to invest in self care prior to getting married and have been seeing her regularly since. She is my go-to for all of the services she offers! I have struggled with my skin particularly due to hormonal issues for the last several years - acne and acne scarring in particular. Since seeing her regularly for facials, I can’t believe that I get to say my skin is now in so much better shape - the last several facials Abby has told me my skin looks fantastic which I never thought we’d get to that point!
