Can’t speak for the service itself, but customer service is A+!I live out of town and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.
Jeremy is the sweetest! OMG!! I’ve never had my scalp feel so amazing after the wash and the layers add such bounce! Also… made my brows perfectly even! Can’t wait to have my next service!
