“I got French gel on August 31 and it's now OCTOBER 4, no chips at all! They've lasted for over a month, of course my nails have grown out but since it's French, I don't mind. Not only did the owner provide the best quality, her customer service was top notch. It was my first time visiting Cincy and I had come straight from the airport, hoping to get my nails done somewhere. She was so accommodating and even went out of the salon to give me directions to my hotel afterwards. I can't speak highly enough of Prism. Please go support her local business, you won't be disappointed!“

I was her client for over 20 years until we moved out of state and I still come back to see her when I'm in town because no one does my hair better. She also has cared for my daughter's hair managing it from lush to bald to growing back post chemo helping her feel beautiful at every phase. My daughter also lives out of state and had a bad hair experience at another salon and called Debrah to ask for some advice. “This was our first time at Salon Dro Sha’s and my first impression is that this place is awesome and the ladies who work there are kind, smart, and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. Truly the best. My daughter has sensory processing issues and really struggles with loud sounds, including blow dryers. She was able to make my daughter laugh with a mini blow dryer and slowly bring her to a place that let her use a real blow dryer on a low setting. She did a really nice job and made her hair look so pretty. I was impressed with their patience and willingness to go above and beyond just to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and happy. The icing on the whole cake for me was absolutely loving the way her hair turned out. Such a good job ?And I think my daughters hair turned out so good I am definitely going back to have them do mine soon. Really very impressed and happy with the whole experience.
