He explained what he was doing as he checked each component and discovered an issue with the hvac transformer which shorted out the thermostat. He had both pieces of needed replacement equipment on his truck and repaired both without delay. A success.“

“John was an angel on Earth for my mom and me. She had a leak as strong as a water hose as far as how much water was coming out from the hose in my mom’s bathroom! Not to mention that this happened at 4am in the morning. He was excellent. After getting no help at all from the plumbers and the Louisville water company! This was a crazy emergency and we could get absolutely no help at this time of day. John quickly got the water turned off and a new valve put in my mom’s mobile home in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much John. It’s nice to know that there are still good people in this world and that everything isn’t only about money.
