We are in the process of moving and ran into an emergency today. We were fortunate to have JD McClain come out and help us right away. We were stuck (had to turn off water for the whole house) so we couldn't do anything. JD was able to fix our problem quickly and kept us from having added expenses beyond the repair. We've always had great service from Tom Drexler, and I would highly recommend JD, if you're lucky enough to get him!!Thanks, JD!!Service: Plumbing leak repair

We recently had a plumbing issue that was beyond my talents to fix. Since we're members of Drexler's maintenance plan we gave them a call. The next day Marcos Perez showed up to work on the issue.I was very impressed with Marcos. He was determined to fix the issue (no pressure on the cold water side of the shower). He engaged other resources as necessary to help guide him along the way, but we was 100% determined to make it work. He had to leave to get a tool or a piece of hardware a time or two, but he remained focused and diligent.At the end of the day, Marcos not only met but exceeded our expectations. Technician Kolton Clark called as he was on his way. Very professional & polite. Serviced my furnace & explained which MERV filter to use. Also brought to my attention an issue with my a/c, had the part on his truck and installed it while he was here. Preventive maintenance saves me headaches down the road.
