We are a small local restaurant in Okeana, Ohio, when we had plumbing issues last week we were in jeopardy of losing some very valuable days of sales and needed help immediately. Rick was here for 3 days resolving issue after issue that kept popping up and handled them with grace. He cleaned up after being here for hours on end, way past normal operating hours for the both of us. After hitting another roadblock he returned first thing the next morning to make sure we were good to go, he even had to work with other vendors to guarantee our set up was exactly what it needed to be. We can’t tell you how much we appreciate Rick and his hard work!

JesseCrume, the technician, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, showed pictures with explanation, and the air conditioner was working before he left. Could not have been more pleased.
Bradley provided a plumbing inspection and addressed the problems I was having with my toilet running and a loud whistle sound coming from the wall. He replaced the inside of the tank, and installed a new bathroom sink fixture. He said it would take 2-3 hours but he completed both in less than 1 1/2 hours. He did a great job. He was super friendly and explained all pricing options. Price is always higher than other places, but they give great service.
