John was an angel on Earth for my mom and me. She had a leak as strong as a water hose as far as how much water was coming out from the hose in my mom’s bathroom! Not to mention that this happened at 4am in the morning. He was excellent. After getting no help at all from the plumbers and the Louisville water company! This was a crazy emergency and we could get absolutely no help at this time of day. John quickly got the water turned off and a new valve put in my mom’s mobile home in a matter of minutes. They came out the day I called. Showed up in the time frame I was given. Drew was courteous and professional. The problem wasn't what I thought it was. Drew found it and fixed it in a timely manner. And the price was very fair.
