Call Roto router after discovering our sewer system was plugged up. I called MSD and they came out quickly and discovered with the camera that the plug was inside our foundation and not outside in our yard or their right of way. The next Morning Ed from Roto-Rooter came out within 30 minutes after receiving a call that he would be arriving first thing in the morning. He was excellent and friendly and I could tell he had years of expertise to handle our situation. Dalton from Roto Rooter did a great job clearing the drains that were stopped up. He was very courteous and arrived promptly. The plumbing had a difficult joint but he was able to maneuver the tool to clean it out. Something 2 other plumbers could not do. The staff is very friendly and got me scheduled quickly. Very happy with Roto Rooter
