Tom Sondergeld Plumbing
“I recently had the opportunity of utilizing Tom Sondergeld Plumbing at my personal home in St. Matthews, Ky. From the initial conversation with the Dispatcher(Brittney) then working with the Estimator/Mgr(Josh), finally onto the worker bee/plumber(Jacob) they all 3 were phenomenal! Kind, attentive, thorough, and after spending 5 hours working on the issue to get resolved, and expaining it to me Josh/Jacob got it squared away finally. Tom is my personal friend , and when I asked him about blessing my review before I sent - he said say what you think/feel ... good and/or bad. Great job, and I would easily recommend his company , and staff to any of my friends/family/clients!
Great work Brittney, Josh & Jacob representing TS Plumbing!
