Not to mention that this happened at 4am in the morning. He was excellent. After getting no help at all from the plumbers and the Louisville water company! This was a crazy emergency and we could get absolutely no help at this time of day. John quickly got the water turned off and a new valve put in my mom’s mobile home in a matter of minutes.
