I one day came here on a hot summer day, my phone had died, and I was stranded in Cincinnati without a real way of getting home. I asked if they had an iPhone charger and without missing a beat a man named Kenji asked what was wrong. The receptionist told him my problem and he offered me a charger for my phone. When I asked if I needed to buy anything, he said I was unnecessary and offered me to sit in the lobby couch, and even later brought a cold glass of water. The customer service is top notch.
Aubrey is PHENOMENAL and highly recommend! I’ve seen her for years for all my hair stuff and regularly get balayage, partial touch ups, and cuts. I get so many compliments!
I’m also super low maintenance with my hair and she’s so great about listening to what I need and recommending the best fit.
She’s my go-to hair person (and super sweet) and I can’t say enough great things. If you’re looking for someone who will take the time to understand what you want and execute it to perfection, definitely check her out!
Heard good things about Kenji for his work with men's long hair and he did not disappoint! He provided great suggestions and an amazing haircut. Really enjoyed my experience at CoCo Creative and will be back again .
