I got French gel on August 31 and it's now OCTOBER 4, no chips at all! They've lasted for over a month, of course my nails have grown out but since it's French, I don't mind. Not only did the owner provide the best quality, her customer service was top notch. It was my first time visiting Cincy and I had come straight from the airport, hoping to get my nails done somewhere. She was so accommodating and even went out of the salon to give me directions to my hotel afterwards. I can't speak highly enough of Prism. Please go support her local business, you won't be disappointed!

Loved my first experience at Prism! I lucked out with an appointment with Bridget and couldn't have been happier with my service! I got a regular pedicure with polish and I feel like she was extremely thorough and didn't rush on any step, which I've experienced in other downtown/OTR salons. Bridget was also a pleasure to talk to! I'll definitely be booking with her again!

I’ve been here a few times now - twice for gel manicures and one time for a pedicure. I like that it’s a smaller business and is downtown. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment time. The place is clean and my nails last for a couple weeks with no chips. Great service!
