“Great experience at Heineke Vet Hospital. Our dog is extremely sensitive when it comes to his nails. All of our previous vets ignored us and ended up hurting themselves and our dog. At Heineke they listened and everything went smoothly. We will definitely go here from now on.“

“We have been clients of PHAH with our boxer, Fritz, for several years now.
All in all very happy with how they take care of him.
One negative, though :
They do not leave any space in their scheduling for emergencies..It happened several times already, that I needed someone to see Fritz for emergencies, and they could not accommodate us. Granted, these were not life threatening emergencies, but required immediate attention nevertheless..

“Dr. Kuether attempted to help me nurse my 10+ yo old mastiff when she started showing signs of really slowing down. After a couple weeks it was just “time”, he arrived, made the process so much smoother than I could’ve ever anticipated. My big girl did not like car rides or new places, so being able to pass away at home with my other dog was best case scenario. Though in the moment I would’ve given my arm to take her pain away, he was very affordable in what was such a hard time for me and I am forever grateful.“

“I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. Doan for roughly 9 years now. When I had my two cats who came down with serious health issues, Dr. Doan and his LOVELY team of nurses were so supportive and kind and did everything they could to be there for us, even through the hardest parts. I’ve done my research and tried other doctors as well, and while they were also fine, something about Dr. Doan and his staff just made us feel more at home. I have a pretty rowdy dog and they have done a great job handling his excitement and anxiety, whereas other clinics have seemed to not handle his rowdiness as well. Dr. Doan has also done a teeth cleaning on my dog and did a great job and I’m about to book another one for my other dog! I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. And I have not once gotten the impression that they were trying to oversell me on my bill or take advantage of me. If you want a staff that doesn’t judge, is kind and welcoming, does everything they can to help, and genuinely cares, this is the perfect clinic for you and your pets.“

Never been to this location but had to give a review because of how well they handled everything!
