“Dr. Pfaehler and staff are truly amazing! We have been taking our pets to another clinic for over 25 years, and decided to go to Erlanger Veterinary Hospital for a second opinion for our kitty. We were welcomed with smiles from the moment we walked in until the time we left. Dr Pfaehler was phenomenal:knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. He addressed all our concerns and issues with patience and understanding. The office followed up with emails and phone calls in order to see how our kitty was doing. It is very obvious that everyone at this veterinary hospital really love and care about animals. We feel very blessed that our kitten is in their care.
