Starting with the phone call to schedule. Gabby was so pleasant and professional. Then on arrival for the first visit it was a pleasant experience. The staff and Dr. Kruger took time with me and especially my frisky little dog. They explained everything, treatment and cost. We encountered this vet office unfortunately due to an emergency medical situation on a Sunday afternoon. They immediately tended to our dog and were quick, attentive, and compassionate with his care. Since being seen that day they have texted to check in on him and offered follow up advice via text message after hours. I am so thankful we went there and will definitely return in the future!

The team at the Anderson location are all friendly and definitely care about you and your pet. We first brought our kitty in at the start of last week when he was feeling unwell. He was brought in several times throughout the week. He continued to decline and we had to bring him again. The last visit in Anderson they gave me the news that it probably wasn’t good and he needed surgery. I couldn’t afford to go to the emergency room. My tech and vet helped to find me a location who could do the surgery. Unfortunately the damage done was too severe and we had to make sure the humane decision to let him go. We will miss you our golden boy.
