Both of my FurChildren feel secure & safe while in Dr. Millers' care. The Office Manager is very prompt w/ responding back to any rescheduling requests that I might have (I work 3rd shift)The Vet technicians are AMAZING & ACTUALLY listening & take notes about concerns.EVERYONE there takes the time to get to know the REAL Clients~ Our PETS~ The Heart of the Family!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE & CREW!!!
I'm not one to leave nasty reviews. I love leaving good reviews BUT this place is a joke and a gimmick. Took my dog in for a "free" wellness check as first time patients. Took advantage of the free because we've never been here before and wanted to check it out. They don't let you go in with your pet so you can't actually talk to the vet. I wanted a prescription for flea meds because nothing else is working and wanted them to just LOOK at my dogs paw which has a cut and tell me if it's infected. The girl came back out with a $230 bill. FOR WHAT?! She said one of the charges was because the vet "saw red in one of his ears because of scratching so he wants to treat it"...read full review
Dr. Miller, and his staff, show a genuine love for the animals they see, as well as care and concern for the pet owners. I have always been impressed by the fact that they have seperate waiting and exam areas for digs and cats. Now, with Covid still hanging on, they have arranged their practice to minimize contact with other people. As a cancer patient, I truly appreciate that! Dr. Miller is very thorough and explains what he believes to be the problem and offers reasonable solutions. My fur babies are in very good hands at Lifetime Pet Center.
