Can not say enough about the staff and veterinary care. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what anyone would even think was already top notch care. We found ourselves in a scary situation today and they could not have been more thorough in their explanations, as well as their bedside manner which is very rare in the medical world. They are empathetic, compassionate and I did not feel rushed. In making decisions. They were upfront will all costs before deciding any treatments. As well as taking care of our pet, he was beyond kind to my toddler. He brought in a toy for her to play with and engaged with her as well. The facility was clean and beautiful. Heineke vet hospital is the BEST veterinarian facility I have ever been to. Their staff is skilled and kind, and Drs Heineke & Heineke are both fantastic, knowledgeable, and great at patient education. Neither of my appointments felt rushed, although I'm sure they are very busy. My boy is very old and on palliative care for his terminal health issues, and they have been nothing but supportive of my decision to keep him comfortable as he declines, when at other vets I was pressured to pursue unnecessary diagnostics and procedures that would not change his actual treatment.
