I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I love this office. Brittany Simpson is the PCP for me and both of my girls. She is very thoughtful every time we go in there. She sits and actively listens instead of just typing on a comp while we explain how we're doing. The staff is always friendly. Office is always clean. Appointments take about as long as any doctor's appt. This has been my favorite doctors office I have ever been to.
I love love Dr. Lu!!! He is the nicest doctor I’ve ever been to!! I had to take my 13 year old daughter to see dr Lu…… I was very worried because it could have been a traumatic appointment for such a young girl but Dr. Lu made it a relaxing atmosphere. He was amazing with my daughter. I’m so thankful we have Dr. Lu as our family doctor. And his nurse is so amazing!!! She always has a smile on her face and is always in a great mood!!! Dr. Lu is amazing!! He is always kind, courteous and will work through your health problem to help you find a solution! He puts in extra time and effort to make sure that you are promptly called back if you call in with questions about lab results, etc.
