Dr. Moore was excellent. A very nice man who communicated well and gave thorough explanations. I would highly recommend him. He also has an excellent staff. His nurse, Christine, is an absolute peach, and was very helpful in getting my meds ordered when the insurance company was making that difficult. Good work team.
Nothing but good experiences here. I’ve had 3 scopes done and wife had 1 over the last 15 years. Staff is always polite, caring, friendly. Docs all have good bedside manners. Not sure what’s up with all the poor ratings, but as a frequent visitor here I have nothing but positives. Yes, sometimes they get backed up and behind timing wise. It’s an imaging center where people are going under anesthesia- not a fast-food drive through. Have a little patience.
I had a great experience today with my colonoscopy. The prep of course is not fun! But Dr Holmes was professional and efficient. The nursing staff was kind and explained everything about the procedure. They really helped make me feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone here for a very good experience!
