Dr Al and his nurse are so awesome. My son is on a prescription that he has to get approval every month. And sometimes the pharmacy can't get it so we have to call the Dr and his nurse and they get right on it to get him an alternative.

only giving 2 stars because 1 star reviews are easier to get deleted. I have been coming here for YEARS! but recently the front staff has gotten lazy! they don’t check to ensure everything is in order before your appt. they wait until you take a day off from work and your kid missing school to tell you something is wrong with your acct and you’re gonna have to pay upfront or whatever the case may be. the lady up front always looks and sounds like someone has pissed in her cheerios. you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE! SMILE! GREET! they suck. they need to replace those terrible TERRIBLE administrative assistants in the front ASAP! do not waste your time with these rude people.

I went in for a broken finger and had X-rays done. They referred me to an orthopedic doctor and when I called back to ask about pain management as the surgery I need is 4 days out and I just needed to know if it was okay to take more than 3,000 of Advil and ibuprofen and the lady on the phone said “listen to what you’re saying. If you take more than 2,000mg your stomach is going to hurt” and then “Alternate between ibuprofen and Advil and if you still hurt go to the ER we can’t do anything for you” when I called the orthopedic ER I also saw they were appalled I was spoke to that way and helped me thoroughly.
