The only downside I guess is that the initial bid was low but since I had some other hidden spots they had to do a change order so it added extra $1350 to the invoice. but they did a good job communicating and letting me know ahead of time and giving me options.“

“We could not be happier with Mighty Dog Roofing. Our roof is very steep and was badly in need of having two layers of shingles removed and all the metal components replaced. They also replace a lot of rotted fascia and water damaged underlayment. They brought our roof into compliance with current City code and the whole thing turned out beautifully! They have been amazing tow work with and helped out with insurance issues as well. They also did new gutters and managed to fix a lot of issues we had with run-off due to the roof pitch. “I was referred to Gorilla Exteriors by my next door neighbor. At the time, my house had suffered significant damage from a recent hail storm, around $85k in damages. My insurance scope of work totaled around $30k, to repair the roof, gutters, windows, garage door and damage to the stucco and exterior front elevation paint.
