Including but not limited rot from small leaks overtime, to the plywood not nailed onto the roof! Prayers and gravity were the only things keeping not just the shingles but the whole roof over our heads.

He came out and met with me and walked with me around the house looking at the different areas of repair. Ryan is a really good person to work with and discuss your project.
