He came out and met with me and walked with me around the house looking at the different areas of repair. Ryan is a really good person to work with and discuss your project. I received a fair quote and we started the project within 4-6 weeks of signing the contract. As with MANY AND MOST projects, once the work began it was determined the problem was bigger than once thought, so a change order was needed. The change order was fair and the work continued.
