I had both deck and patio doors replaced on my 35+ year old house. The patio doors could have been a bit tricky for a less experienced company, as door sizes today are slightly different than decades ago. However, the expert crews (one for the patio door and one for the deck) mastered the measurements, and then installed everything precisely. This thoughtful approach prevented damage to the house and trim work, saving us additional repair costs, which is much appreciated! Justin (project manager) did a superb job managing our expectations, keeping on top of schedules, and keeping us informed. After the job was finished and paid for, I found some damage to the Hardie siding hidden behind the railing. No worries with Safe Harbor, they quickly dispatched a technician and repaired the slightly damaged area to my satisfaction. I could not have asked for better service than we got from Justin, Ponchie and the crew. Justin always kept us up to date on the schedule. Ponchie was able to get the job done very efficiently. Not one thing needed to be cleaned up. They left everything spotless inside and out. All the windows and doors look beautiful. Due to our schedule, they had to change the order of the project to accommodate us. They accomplished this seamlessly with a smile without compromising the overall project timetable. Justin is knowledgeable, a great communicator, professional and we would strongly recommend him to anyone.
