A few months back, a storm with heavy winds ripped shingles off our roof. We contacted Gorilla around 4 o’clock and received a text coordinating emergency tarp coverage within minutes. By 6 o’clock, Korby was in my driveway assessing the damage and putting a plan together. After that, he was absolutely relentless about holding our insurance provider accountable for the replacement of the entire roof no matter how long they stalled and tried to skate on their obligations.
