I hired True Grit for roof repairs. An item listed on the proposal was initially missed, along with a few more communication and follow-through issues along the way. Customer service was responsive and handled the issues in a professional manner, which I do appreciate. The person who handled the initial visit also helped things go smoothly. Although there were some things I didn’t like about the overall experience, in the end they did address the issues and complete the repairs.

Ben was awesome. We got hit really bad in Wyandotte County on August 19, and he inspected everything—the roof, gutters, siding, and windows. He showed me photos of everything and even took a video for me. He wasn’t your typical roofer ready to push you into contacting your insurance. He was factual, straightforward, and honest about what he found. I really appreciated that and will absolutely be referring him to others.
