WOW !!! Fantastic and amazing ! Andrew Stafford made my roof replacement process easy and smooth. Andrew was in constant contact about process, he explained all details well, and was always available if I had a question or concern. The roof install was flawless, and on time. I am totally impressed with Advocate Construction, and especially a great employee Andrew Stafford. I would highly recommend Advocate Constuction.
My roof was completed on April 28th, but the process hit major roadblocks afterward. Communication stalled, leftover materials sat on my driveway for months, and a promised deductible write-off wasn't reflected on my bill.
However, management reached out today to resolve these issues. They explained that a recent system transition caused the notes regarding my deductible to be lost in migration. They promptly cleared up the billing error, scheduled the material removal, and set up the final walk-through for today. While the initial follow-through was frustrating, I appreciate their prompt action to make things right once notified.
